Salsa De Dorsano

Fresh garden salsa can be used in just about anything to add a little kick to your meals. Allowing the salsa to set over night in the fridge will enhance the flavors, but can be served right away.

 8 Large Tomatoes or 12 Roma Tomatoes
 4 tbsp Garlic Minced
 1 Large Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
 12 tsp Sea Salt
 1 Large White Onion Diced
 10 Green Onions Sliced Thin
 6 Large Jalepeno's Diced (Remove seeds for a more mild salsa)
 1 Orange Bell Pepper Diced
 ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
 1 dash Sugar (Agave can be used as a sub)

Dice, Slice, and add all ingredients into a large plastic or glass bowl. With a wooden spoon, mix everything together. Chill over night, or serve right away.
