 2 fl oz Whiskey
 1 oz Apricot Preserves
 ½ fl oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
 Apricot Slices or Lemon Spindles

Combine the preserves, whisky and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake. Pour cocktail over ice. Garnish with apricot slice or a Lemon Spindle
